Erika brings a wealth of organizational expertise and a deep commitment to quality care. She plays a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of our daily activities while offering essential support to our teaching staff.  Her leadership, combined with a sharp attention to detail and a deep dedication to our community, ensures that our program maintains a nurturing and efficient environment.

Promoting Safe and Healthy Nutrition

We believe in introducing children to fresh, wholesome, and healthy foods to foster positive eating habits. Our aim is to consistently provide nutritious meals and snacks. Our Mine Bites Creator is trained and certified in safe food handling. All meals and snacks offered provide a variety of options that meet USDA standards and requirements.

Background Check and First Aid/CPR Training

All WLCs employees must have a “clear” Background Check and must remain in “good standing” on an on-going basis while in our employ. All staff is certified and trained in Infant/Child First Aid and C.P.R.
